Return & Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are eligible for products that are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
  • In case of a rejected refund, the item will be sent back to you with an explanation of the rejection reason.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

    Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Shipping Address:

    • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • Chankariz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Damages:

    • Chankariz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

    Missing or Lost Package:
